Are you affiliated with IKEA?
No. Neither Blue Box Kitchen Intelligence (BBKI) or Inspired Kitchen Design (IKD) are affiliated with IKEA. IKD is an independent company that designs kitchens using IKEA products.
How do I know your information is reliable?
Blue Box Kitchen Intelligence (BBKI) collects anonymous, real IKEA customer data from our parent company, Inspired Kitchen Design (IKD). We have hard sales and product selection data, as well as survey data from our customers. In short, we own the information and process it into your reports.

Major Home Centers and manufacturers have bought BBKI subscriptions after a thorough review of our internal and auditing processes. They consider BBKI’s report as accurate.

How do you obtain customer preference information?
IKD’s customers are offered either a free kitchen design revision or a partial rebate to complete an online questionnaire about their IKEA kitchen design inspirations and motivations.

When do you send your reports to subscribers?
We send them on the 15th of the months of February, May, August, and November.
Can I pay by check or bank transfer?
Yes. Contact mike@blueboxkitchendesign.com to arrange for payment by check.
I only need very specific data and information. Do you offer a less expensive service than a full subscription?
Yes. For $2,995 we provide a Single Industry Report. See the choice of sample reports you can access for more information.
Can you provide references?
Most of our customers prefer to remain anonymous, but we can provide information at the industry-specific level.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The Report Samples, Chart Indexes and Industry Specific Reports are very clear and outline all the information that you’ll receive. It’s all there for your review. For this reason our one-year subscriptions are non-refundable.
These data and reports are great! But I need some clarification. Can I call you with questions?
Yes. We respond to all questions within one business day.
Do you offer some kind of guarantee?
Yes. If you have any questions before or after purchase, please contact us. If the report provides information different from the Report Sample, or is incorrect, we will respond.
